Job Responsibilities

· Facilitate the movement of precision tooling from trucks to fab per specification of the client as well as maintaining a clear and clean work environment on loading docks.

· Check in truck(s) at dock (Assist with truck routing, Review safety with drivers)

· Contacting Trades and Tool owners/vendors

· Verify truck loads to match install schedule

· Coordinate tool owners and trades to initiate tool install

· Document/communicate damages to tooling

· Ensure BOL (bill of lading) is signed by responsible party and archived

· Audit docks to facilitate move paths

· Manage drop boxes across the site daily insuring they are properly located and utilized

· Aligning with different construction departments to support tool install and base build

Here’s what you’ll need :

· Experience with Computers (Outlook, Excel, Word)

· Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Safety awareness in a construction environment

· Strong Communication skills and team oriented

· Ability to multitask and effective time management.

· Four-year degree, or 4 years’ experience in dock/logistics, or a combination of both. Construction / semiconductor experience preferred.
