The Department of Family & Community Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a core faculty member in beautiful Hershey, PA.

Key member of residency faculty, with a broad skill set and flexibility to fulfill both fixed and novel or less defined needs within the residency program. Responsible for assisting the Program Director and Associate Program Director in the successful operation and continuous improvement of the Family Medicine Residency Program.

What We’re Seeking:

• Must have PhD or PsyD (doctoral degree in behavioral health)

• Ability to acquire license in the State of Pennsylvania in appropriate field

• BC/BE in Family Medicine

• Advanced individual and group counseling skills are required

• Strong knowledge of medical education, social determinants of health, professionalism, wellness, diversity equity inclusion and belonging preferred

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Family Medicine residents or medical students
