ManTech Quality Lead in Herndon, Virginia

The Quality Lead III leads the Quality Management Organization (QMO) Team and serves as management representative for quality for the NSIN MAVERICK program. They create and submit the strategic plan for Quality Management System (QMS) activities. They create and submit annual quality objectives and obtain approval for new major quality initiatives to include pursuing new certifications and registrations. They coordinate with MAVERICK program leadership on QMA implementation and monitoring activities, leading QMS implementation effort for new and existing projects, and leading external audit and appraisal efforts. They maintain a customer service approach for quality implementation. They establish and enforce quality standards and processes for the Mission Essential Services Plan (MESP) implementation. They develop and submit the QMO Annual Operating Plan. They ensure organizational audits meet the annual quality objective. They draft and maintain a list of QMO services available to MAVERICK projects and the program. They ensure the QMO team is adequately trained to perform their assigned duties. They create the QMO Operations and Process Improvement Plan. They coordinate with the Program Manager and the program's Continual Improvement Manager for quality oversight of program activities. The Quality Lead III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

Required experience:

  • Five (5) years of position specific relevant experience

Desired experience :

  • Experience in conducting Quality Management activities for complex projects.

  • Experience leading a team of Quality Management professionals.

Minimum security clearance requirement: Top Secret eligible

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400-$167,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
