Job Summary:

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance, support, and oversight for all service delivery

• Ensures services are delivered on time

• Responsible for maintaining a budget

• Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance required

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology

• Must have 5+ years’ experience supervising large IT Service contracts

• Must have 9+ years’ experience in an IT related field

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology (IT)

• Possesses Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Possesses Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) v3 or later certification
