POSITION SUMMARY:

The Phlebotomist collects blood samples using techniques to obtain specimens for the performance of various blood and chemical analyses.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent, required

·

Phlebotomy certification from an approved phlebotomy training program, required

·

Must provide a license number with an expiration date and certificate

·

Must maintain certification as required by certifying body

·

Previous experience in a laboratory at a multi-specialty clinic, preferred

WORK SCHEDULE:

 Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM, four 10 hour shifts with a rotating day off
