Trinity Health Registered Nurse RN Rehabilitation in Hartford, Connecticut

Description:

Position Purpose

At Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, we serve patients with a broad range of conditions including neuromuscular diseases, stroke, amputation, brain injury, spinal cord injury, motor vehicle accidents and general debilitation.

What you will do

  • The Inpatient Rehabilitation RN will collaboratively with the Rehab team to assist in problem solving, provide direct care to all ages of patients from adolescent to geriatric with particular focus on the adult patient.

Minimum Qualification

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Licensure : Current Licensure as a registered nurse RN in Connecticut

  • Certification : BLS certification required

  • Experience: Rehabilitation in Acute Care and/or Short Term Care

Preferred Skills :

  • Certification : CRRN Certification

  • CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited in 4 specialties including Adult Rehab, Adolescent Rehab, Stroke and Brain Injury

  • Multidisciplinary team consisting of case managers, physiatrists, therapists, CNA’s and Nursing
