The Department of Revenue is seeking a dedicated Clerical Supervisor 2 with exceptional work ethic to complete our team. This position gives you the opportunity to perform a full range of supervisor duties over clerical staff in support of outgoing mailing operations for the Department of Revenue. Our goal is to ensure prompt mailing of large quantities of forms relative to the taxation laws of the State of Pennsylvania. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Supervisor 2, you will be responsible for ensuring day to day operations are completed efficiently and effectively, training staff, and completing a full range of supervisory duties. Additional responsibilities include handling mail operations, fulfilling forms, providing technical assistance, and demonstrating exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to attend training seminars and/or postal forums to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current postal regulations and state-of-the-art technology as it relates to postal regulations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1; or One year as a Clerical Assistant 3; or Two years of as a Clerical Assistant 2; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements: This position will have access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and is subject to the provisions of IRS Publication 1075 (Pub 1075) which requires you to pass an enhanced background check prior to beginning employment. Under Pub 1075, acceptance of a conditional offer of employment will require submission to and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to: a fingerprint-based federal records check; a PA State Police clearance; a check of local law enforcement agencies where you have lived, worked, and/or attended school within the last five (5) years; and a citizenship/residency verification.
