CACI is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Senior SharePoint and PowerApps Developer to be based onsite in Hampton, VA at Langley AFB.

In this role...

  • Configuration and enabling of the features in SharePoint Online to support the sites and records management requirements, within the department’s ecosystem reflecting SharePoint capabilities.

  • Perform quality assurance checks and document evidence of post migration validation. Review migration logs.

  • Perform delta migration to fix any issues identified from the migration.

  • Develop validation scripts using PowerShell (e.g. counts and versions) Where identified, develop the content publishing workflows to support automation, user engagement, and business process, including interactions with other Microsoft applications including Power Automate, etc.

  • Applying administrative settings that support the departments policies and standards.

  • Provide documentation that captures the knowledge required for the departments SharePoint platform support team to provide support for the migrated sites.

  • SharePoint Online development and configuration

  • Microsoft 365 applications configuration and integration

  • Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams, Forms, Power BI

  • Operating within a SDLC framework

  • REST APIs and data integration into SharePoint Online.

  • migrating file and metadata from SQL based DMSs to SharePoint Online.

  • mapping and migrating data from unstructured File Shares to SharePoint Online; and automating the preservation and repair of inter-document links within migrated documents.

  • Using migration tools and utilities to automate data migration tasks and ensure efficient and reliable transfer of data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing SharePoint Pages and Power Apps functionality.

  • Developing modern, user friendly mockups and user interfaces.

  • Migrated developed components across sites.

  • Present ideas for system improvements.

  • Conduct impact analysis for software changes.

  • Work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.

  • Conduct unit tests and document findings.

  • Adhere to program configuration change control standards.

  • Develop User Guides walking users through how to leverage the developed applications.

  • Extend applications by using applicable application tools.

  • Support and follow software release processes when producing software releases at the conclusion of each sprint.

  • Recommends key elements of the portal strategy, including technical requirements, delivery schedule, testing plans, and end-user training.

  • Monitors portal performance on a regular basis to ensure high availability.

  • Administers the site to grant and control access to authorized persons.

  • Oversees the PMO administrative and operational requirements and provides support resolving technical issues.

  • Performs business analysis to document business processes and rules.

  • Designs graphical user interfaces, lead development of process engines, automated workflows, dashboards, collaboration tools, and metrics and reporting tools.

  • Finalizes standard operating procedures to enable consistent workflows across the developer team and ensures increased efficiency with no impact to portal function.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent), or Equivalent Hands-on Power Apps/SharePoint Development and SharePoint Administration experience (4+ years).

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies including testing and debugging.

  • Experience developing user-friendly canvas PowerApps.

  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint migrations.

Required Skills:

  • Power Platform experience to include knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

  • Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.

  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Strong Communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and implement best practices in management of data, including master data, reference data, metadata, and data quality.

  • IT systems development experience, with primary focus in the Microsoft solution stack and Cloud technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience developing model-based Power Apps using Dataverse as the data source.

  • Top Secret Clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain one.

Desired Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or equivalent.

  • PL-900 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
