Summary

Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse:

• Exemplifies outstanding customer service in observing individual resident schedules and preferences

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living

• Effectively implements, communicates, and documents resident care

  Qualifications / Requirements

• Completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation prior to employment or within four (4) months of employment

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Job Type: Part-Time, Variable (PRN)

Shift: 2p-4p, Mon-Fri; No Weekends!

Wage Range*: $16.00/hr-$19.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Base Wage: $18.00/hr (Part-Time) and $16.00/hr (Variable), Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
