  • Identifying/updating work procedures; prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
  • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
  • Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the group.
  • Analyzing and evaluating problems with inventory, delivery, and/or sales orders. Providing periodic reports and updates to management.
  • Leads effort in resolution of warehouse barriers.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for material providing and handling strategies in support of Schneider Production System.
  • Work a mid-shift (10:00a - 8:00pm)

To whom will you report? Supply Chain Manager

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education.
  • 1+ years minimum experience directly supervising employees (Ex: conducting annual performance appraisals, issuing discipline, hiring/onboarding new talent, creating and achieving department goals)
  • 3+ year experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role.
  • Prior knowledge/experience with shipping and shipping processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge and application preferred.
