As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse and dedicated group of individuals committed to excellence, safety, and teamwork. 6 PM - 6 AM | Rotating work schedule Pay | $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience Qualifications | 3 years of manufacturing/production experience (including extrusion experience) Production Supervisor Responsibilities Handling and overseeing machine operation duties. Utilizing skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure continuous production as per schedule. Checking equipment to ensure proper functioning. Collaborating with supervisory. Scheduling bodies to resolve production questions and problems Ensuring safe, quality-focused, and productive operations. Creating a culture that promotes safety as a top priority while driving continuous improvement. Constantly evaluating productivity and current staff to optimize production and technology efficiency.
