The OPW Leadership and Development program (LDP) is designed for future leaders who seek a results-focused organization with a passion for continuous improvement and desire to be the next generation of leaders for OPW and our parent company, Dover Corporation. Accountabilities: The LDP Program will include a variety of training and project assignments that include working across product business units and functional groups at our manufacturing facilities and key locations. As an LDP, you will join us as a full-time employee from day one, working in a real job and delivering real results. We will set our Leadership Development Program employees up for success in navigating OPW, understanding the business and launching a great career. Program participants will be placed within an OPW location where they will complete their first 12-month assignment, training and project. This will be followed by a second 12-month rotation with ongoing training and a final capstone project prior to graduation.
