Description

The Senior Manager of Operations plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the company by overseeing and optimizing various operational processes. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, including supervisors, coordinators, and frontline staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Implement changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives. Monitor performance against targets, analyze data, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure objectives are met.

  • Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to enhance resource efficiency and minimize waste.

  • Implement quality control measures and standards to ensure products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Continuously monitor quality metrics and implement improvements to enhance product/service quality.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of driving process improvements and achieving operational excellence.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward common goals.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
