Description Bridget Killen from Robert Half is looking for a Staff Accountant for a Wood & Furniture Manufacturing operation located in HALSEY, Oregon. This role is fundamental to our financial optimization and requires a candidate adept at inventory control, product costing, sales analysis, and ad-hoc reporting. The successful candidate should be well-versed in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, and Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounting department with inventory control measures • Assist in product costing and sales analysis • Produce ad-hoc reports as required by management • Provide backup for the Cost Accountant when necessary • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Process customer credit applications efficiently • Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments • Ensure all accounting procedures align with federal and state financial regulations.
