>> Cost Analyst - Self Perform Group Cost Analyst - Self Perform Group Summary Title:Cost Analyst - Self Perform Group ID:1410 Location:Columbus Office Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Cost Analyst - SPG assists and supports our CK Self Perform Trades groups to maintain accurate project cost projections, ensure timely invoice submission along with supporting documentation, and track manpower availability. Perform tasks related to the collection of cost data and quantity reporting required to monitor project budgets and estimates. This position is also responsible for tracking and reporting on the financial status across all self-perform trade group projects on a monthly basis and reviewing with the Procurement Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform a variety of cost analysis and reporting such as invoicing, quantity reporting, system entry, etc. * Assist management with profitability projections, labor force forecasts. * Assist Project Teams with job cost accounting including budget control, change order tracking, committed cost control, and job cost transfers, * Process project billings, owner payment applications and project budgets, * Responsible for lien waiver generation, subcontractor insurance verification, subcontractor business license, and W-9 updates for vendors * Prepare monthly projection reports or other reports as needed (i.e. open payables, job cost, etc.) * Perform administrative duties associated with day-to-day routine activities to provide practical application of cost methods. * Assemble, organize and maintain close out records for self-perform trades. * Assist in the development for new systems/processes for the department * Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Strong organizational skills * Works well with varying levels of management * Ability to uphold adherence to established policy and procedures * Demonstrated high competency with fully integrated ERP system * Excellent communication and time-management skills * Ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities simultaneously Description: Cost Analyst - Self Perform Group * Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Establishes Priorities * Flexible and Adaptable * Customer Focus * Excellent follow-up capabilities * Innovative/Solutions Oriented * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency/ Self-motivated * Strong communication skills * Periodical travel to job sites will be required within Central Ohio. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS * Must have a valid driver's license and be able to comply with the company's Authorized Driver policy.
