Description:

• Respond to customer’s (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training.

• Set up and maintain accurate records in database.

• Maintain security and integrity controls of customer data for lending and Decisioning criteria.

• Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed.

• Support sales reps related to back office follow-up, special reports, letters or faxes to dealers.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment

• Willing to learn/eager to find a career

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Be able to work in a team environment

• GED or High School Diploma
