As a Concrete Contractor, you will be responsible for various concrete-related tasks, such as pouring, shaping, and finishing concrete for residential projects. Superior Contracting & Maintenance has been providing property management companies with quality maintenance and turn-key services for the past 14 years. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concrete Contractor (5+ years), with a solid understanding of concrete pouring, shaping, and finishing techniques.

• General Liability Preferred

• Familiarity with concrete mixing and pouring equipment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow project specifications.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Living currently in the US
