About the position:

We’re looking for a New Product Manufacturing Engineer. This is an exciting role that gives you an insight into many aspects of the company and will put your Engineering skills to use. In this role, you will:

  • Impact how we design, manufacture, and test our latest products. You will get the opportunity to learn about many processes and departments throughout the facility including, Fabrication, Welding, Assembly and more.
  • Work with development Engineers to enhance the design from the proof of concept all the way to production ready.
  • Lead new products introduction to take them from design into production successfully.
  • Report project condition weekly to ME lead or Supervisor.
  • Update PMO of project status.
  • Prepare and present slides and updates for DR and DRx review meetings.
  • Work with area ME to develop new processes and review tooling requirements.
  • Manage process changes and line changeovers for builds.
  • Ensure standard work is created and updated for builds when possible.
  • Review and update how material flows for the new products throughout the facility.
  • Create, maintain, and update the MPL list for prototype and pre-production builds.
  • Support new product builds in the factory and ensures other resources are available to support as well.
  • Monitors project CR status.
  • Review new designs and gives feedback on manufacturability with collaboration with the area MEs.
  • Ensures that part routings are correct.
  • Set up workstations prior to builds.
  • Attend TDRs and project meetings.

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or any engineering based Bachelor’s degree with experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
  • 3+ years engineering experience is also required.

About the total compensation package:

Salary - $92,800 - $123,300 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation – This position may qualify for relocation.
