Look no further! We are currently looking for a Weekend Supervisor at our renowned neuro rehabilitation facility specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) care. Position: Registered Nurse 3-11 Supervisor & Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities: - Oversee and supervise the nursing staff during the 3-11 shift or on weekends, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with Traumatic Brain Injury. - Monitor and assess residents\' health conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as required. - Conduct regular rounds to ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development. - Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the management team, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting. - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Traumatic Brain Injury care. - Excellent leadership and communication abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - CPR certification is required.
