BDO USA, P.C. (fka BDO USA, LLP) seeks Technical Projects Manager II in Grand Rapids, MI.

Job Duties: Provide project-based leadership for the justification, planning, implementation, and quality assurance testing of assigned projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor/summarize project progress. Manage relationships and flow of information between project team members, vendors, and other departments. Develop scope documents, statements of work, and other documentation supporting the justification for assigned projects. Lead and direct the work of project teams to ensure project efforts are controlled and completed on a timely basis. Work with appropriate subject matter experts to establish resource plans, including the expected levels of work and the time needed to complete project tasks. Manage and administer telecommunications ordering and billing functions. Direct the day-to-day activities of Technical Project Management team members, including Senior Associates and Associates. Travel to various unanticipated client sites and BDO office locations nationally.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's* (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or as an Information Technology Manager, or related. *In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of related experience.

Must have experience with the following: Project management; Project justification, including scope documents and statements of work; Vendor management; Infrastructure projects; Network projects; Security projects; and, IT-related aspects of facilities planning and construction.
