Opportunity Overview

Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible, MD or DO orthopedic hand surgeon.

Join an existing team of four fellowship trained hand and upper extremity surgeons with both orthopedic and plastic surgery residency training. Opportunity to join an efficient, high-volume practice with excellent partners and support from advanced practice providers. Looking for a talented surgeon with desire to practice comprehensive orthopedic surgical care of the upper extremity from the elbow to the fingertip. Must have a strong team mentality and be interested in teaching and training. Opportunities to grow research and participate in resident education as well with both orthopedic and plastic surgery residencies. Requirements

• Must have completed orthopedic surgery residency and a Hand Surgery Fellowship

• Must have or be eligible for a State of Michigan Medical License and Controlled Substance License

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree

• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
