Here’s Where You Come In

As a Benefits Associate Account Manager you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Employee Benefits Channel in accordance with company practices, policies and procedures. This includes servicing and marketing accounts consistent with skill level and carrier requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts; this includes, but is not limited to: Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues, gathering renewal information and general account assistance as needed

• Assisting account team with annual enrollment by helping create communication material

• Assist with special projects in the office as requested

• Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned

• Act in capacity of client manager on assigned accounts

• Pursue a program for personal and professional development

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• 1-2 years in employee benefits-related field

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred

Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
