Description:

Acts as leadership for hospital staff in collaboration with charge nurses, department coordinators and department managers. Responsible to provide direct clinical care as assigned and prioritized to meet organizational needs.

Status: Full Time

Shift : Nights

What you will need:

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.

  • Five years recent, relevant clinical experience required, at least one year in critical care/ED preferred.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certification.

  • PALS certification encouraged.

  • Ability to manager and prioritize several job tasks simultaneously and be able to function under high stress situations.

What you will do:

  • Provide clinical care support for routine and emergent needs of hospital departments.

  • Facilitates responsibilities for obtaining equipment, supplies, patient information etc. as needed for the ongoing provision of quality patient care.

  • Demonstrate adherence to infection control guidelines and ensures compliance for the protection of all staff, patients and visits.

  • Investigates all incidents, complaints, or risk management occurrences that occur or are reported during their shift and forward to Director/Manager of Departments.
