Trinity Health Custodian - Casual in Grand Haven, Michigan

Description:

Performs a daily and restorative maintenance to both hard and carpeted surfaces within the facility. Also completes project work such as wall, furniture, and fixture cleaning as well as general duties associated with room reservations such as room and equipment set up.

Status: Casual, as needed

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • On the job training experience preferred.

  • Healthcare custodial/janitorial experience preferred.

What you will do:

  • Perform preventative/restorative cleaning of hard floors and carpeted surfaces.

  • Transports trash and soiled linens from designated areas withing the facility.

  • Complete all room and equipment setup for function activities in a timely manner.

  • Perform cleaning functions in assigned areas using the seven-step cleaning procedure.

  • Perform cleaning projects such as walls, windows, furniture and fixtures.

  • Maintains environmental services equipment.
