Applied Materials’ Implant Business Unit is searching for an intern to join our team in summer 2024! This is an opportunity to understand what goes into the product we manufacture here in Gloucester. The position will entail the following:

• Basic assembly techniques (swage, torque, vacuum, etc.)

• Following details assembly procedures

• Learning high vacuum practices and techniques

• Working in a low volume highly configurable manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering or a related field

• Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

• Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing preferred

• Quick learner

Compensation

$28-$30 per hour
