Position: Audiology Assistant

Reports to Title: Director, External Relations

Position Overview

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information into our database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Input and update data into the company's database systems

• Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

• Organize and maintain files and records

• Assist with data clean-up and data validation projects

• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed

• Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and data management

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong typing and data entry skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with data management software and systems is a plus

Desired Qualifications

Preferred Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Experience with data entry in a healthcare, financial, or customer service setting

• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations
