POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position: Audiology Assistant
Reports to Title: Director, External Relations
Department/Division: External Relations
Primary Work Location: Glenview, IL

Position Overview
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information into our database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Input and update data into the company's database systems
Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
Organize and maintain files and records
Assist with data clean-up and data validation projects
Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and data management
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with data management software and systems is a plus
Desired Qualifications
Preferred Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience with data entry in a healthcare, financial, or customer service setting
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Part-Time Position, around 10 hours per week.
