  • Partner with the consumer insights, data science, and analytics teams to define goals, track the success of key launches, and monitor results to inform future plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have 4+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, product marketing, strategy, or consulting with deep customer insight and go-to-market experience.

  • You have excellent analytical skills including the ability to read & analyze data, set up experiments, prepare and interpret reports for Marketing leadership, and communicate actionable results, findings, and recommendations.

  • Experience supporting work on a Loyalty program strategy with positive revenue results.

  • A strong business understanding and ability to prioritize and make trade-offs based on impact.

  • A combination of analytical and creative abilities: ability to dive into subscriber data to infer a customer insight, you’re able to write a quick headline in a pinch to deliver magical experiences for our subscribers!

  • You connect teams. You’re able to work cross-functionally to get things done and you see new ways for teams to partner together to improve the experience for our subscribers.

  • Complex problem solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and suggesting ways to address complex problems.

  • Experience working with Global teams and understand the different incentives teams have entering into a project and you work to drive alignment.
