Citigroup Risk Accountability Framework Manager (Hybrid) in Getzville, New York

The Risk Accountability Framework Manager is part of the Workforce and Accountability Framework group within the Chief Administrative Office of Independent Risk Management Function and is responsible for the design and implementation of firm-wide frameworks and practices that are integral and fundamental to Citi’s Risk Management. Key responsibilities include Risk Foundational Frameworks and Processes, Covered Employee “CE” (2 and 3) criteria creation and identification and Risk Metrics creation & monitoring. The Risk Accountability Framework Manager acts as Independent Risk point of contact with Human Resources, Businesses and Functions on HR’s firm-wide Accountability Framework. The role will report to the Workforce and Accountability Framework Director and will collaborate with Risk Segments, Human Resources, Independent Compliance Risk Management and impacted Businesses and Functions on Risk’s inputs to Accountability Framework processes. Those processes include Covered Employee identification, Risk Control Behavioral Assessment and risk measurement and performance evaluation. The Risk Accountability Framework Manager will assist in key regulatory initiatives driven by Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Scorecard and IRM teams to ensure risk metrics are accurate, timely delivered and aligned with guidance

  • Analyze scorecard risk metrics and provide adhoc analysis

  • Execute Covered Employee Criteria and Identification processes, documentation, and control in partnership with Businesses, Functions, Compliance and Human Resources

  • Coordinate Covered Employee Risk Behavioral Assessments and oversee the process across IRM, working closely with HR

  • Focus on documentation and governance structure to ensure procedures are complete and updated

  • Track progress of deliverables against project plan

  • Methodical and proactive thinker who is also detail oriented with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute across IRM teams with high quality and strict timetables

  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve processes

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management/ mining with extensive experience in deck creation for senior leaders

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player and with strong relationship management skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Education:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in financial services preferred.

  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools

  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred.

$100,800.00 - $151,200.00
