JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Quality System Coordinator Location: Germantown, WI Job Id: 3953 # of Openings: 1 Position: Quality System Coordinator Location: Germantown, WI Brand: Furey Filter & Pump Segment: Pumps & Motor Technology Furey Filter & Pump manufactures, distributes and services pumps and filtration products and systems. Furey\'s multi-million-dollar inventory of pumps, vacuum pumps, compressors, blowers, filters, strainers, mechanical seals, and accessories helps customers minimize downtime. Factory trained Service Technicians offer the latest repair solutions on over 35 different lines of pumps, vacuum pumps, blowers, filters, and fluid handling products. GENERAL FUNCTION Responsible for ensuring manufacturing quality standards, documents, and procedures are maintained for shop fabricated systems, and for maintaining branch level Quality and Safety Programs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Functions Engineering Oversee all project Job Travelers Verify that all quality reviews are properly identified and scheduled Regularly audit Job Travelers to ensure that all QA checkpoints are met Ensure additional quality documents are accurate and complete with all required information (Paint Data Sheets, 3rd Party NDE, Weld Inspections, MTRs, etc.) Confirm MTR (material test report) maps are maintained Assist Shop Manager to keep all Weld Procedures current Maintain the Weld Procedure Matrix Maintain the Welder Continuity Log Develop and maintain Paint Data Boox and Material Heat Log spreadsheets Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System Complete monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually quality system reports Update and maintain Quality System records and databases Coordinate and assist with internal auditing Develop and implement process improvements to streamline procedures and reduce costs Oversee all quality related issues Safety Local site Safety Champion Work with corporate safety team to implement corporate safety policies and procedures Coordinate safety audits Maintain safety files and records Review and maintain MSDS book Assist corporate safety team with contractor safety programs (ISNetWorld, NCMS, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge Base: Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Detail oriented Strong organizational skills Able to multi-task and prioritize Experience and Education: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, engineering, safety or other related field Experience with technical deliverables and document management 1 year experience within a manufacturing or...
