Who are You at MacLellan?

As the Manager-in-Waiting, you are part of Best People . You will be involved in an extensive training program for management to learn MacLellan’s systems and processes to prepare you for a Contract Manager position. As contract manager you oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery our services. Utilizing our Best Systems , you interact with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production daily, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality. You achieve the Best Results by engaging our team daily and challenging the status quo. Your leadership style is authentic, you see potential issues and deliver timely solutions so our clients can focus on their core business with the confidence that we have their back.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.

What education and experience are needed for success?

7 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with current employer required.

Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.

Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.

Associate or bachelor's degree in a business curriculum preferred.

Must be willing to travel as required while in the MiW program.

Must be willing to relocate at the conclusion of the MiW program to assume a Contract Manager position.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:

After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.

Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.

Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.

Post-Employment Drug Testing:

All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.

Note: This form is not used to obtain consent and is for informational purposes only. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
