Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for an opportunity in Central KY that will be required to work 40% onsite. This BA will primarily supporting technical issues that arise within the organizations WMS (Blue Yonder) and ERP (JDE E1) systems and assist with projects connected to those systems. For any project, the BA will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting requirements for developers, testing the newly developed process, working with end users for user acceptance, promotion, and Post Go-Live Support. It is imperative that this BA has a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills as they will be the last point of escalation for systems issues before moving to the development team. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a salary expectation of 70k annually but can be flexible for the right candidate. This role is required to be onsite 40% of the time in Georgetown Kentucky.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience

WMS application support and troubleshooting experience

ERP application support and troubleshooting experience

Experience utilizing ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) Bachelors degree in IT related field

Blue Yonder experience

JD Edwards Enterprise One (oracle) experience null
