UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is seeking a Call Center Operator. This position is located 100% on site in Geneva NY and is full time on either the day or the evenin shift. Candidates must be comfortable with a day/evening rotation.

• POSITION SUMMARY:

• Under the supervision of the Director of Security, operates a Meridian I Telephone System console, performs duties for a 24-hour answering service, paging system, and emergency response center. Carries out general clerical duties. Provides exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner. Greets customers consistent with Healing Environment standards.

  Salary Range: $17.65/hr-$19.50/hr
