• As a clinic based Annual Wellness RN, you will meet with patients and perform health assessments and screenings. You will provide education on health, wellness, and prevention.

• Administer and schedule preventative measures such as immunizations, and screenings.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care is met.

  What’s Required:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.

• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing preferred.

• Five years’ experience as an RN preferred.

• High-level understanding of complex chronic disease management.

• Self-directed professional with the ability to make independent judgments directing patient care
