Responsible for performing clinical tasks under the direction of the RN and/or Physician in the Physician Clinic.

Reports to: Market Practice Manager

Under the direction of an RN and/or Physician, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN and/or Physician. Drag Edit Delete

Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. Drag Edit Delete

Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN and/or Physician, patient, and families. Drag Edit Delete

Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Drag Edit Delete

Teaches and reinforces education appropriately to patient and/or family throughout clinic visit.

Required Skills Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association training center Required to be obtained within 90 days of employment, if not current upon hire Drag Edit Delete
