Exigent Services LLC Program Manager II in Ft. Meade, Maryland

Join Exigent Services as Program Manager II and be part of a dynamic team that supports the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Directorates in Fort Meade, MD with subject matter expertise in the areas of joint cyberspace operations planning, policy, strategy, and doctrine development, wargames and exercises, operations research, international and integration support, and cyber intelligence operations.

The Program Manager will:

  • Assist in defining and promulgating milestones, information requirements, workflows, and coordination forums at the start of each iteration.
  • Collect, collate, and process CCMDs Cyberspace Operations requirements.
  • Support periodic conferences, action officer working groups, and other meetings as required.
  • Conduct project management to identify all the steps and tasks required and develop a work breakdown structure, critical path, and the interdependencies required to complete an annual CFMAP iteration and assessment.
  • Initiate and make recommendations to government leadership on process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product and service offerings to enhance support to the program.

The Program Manager will have:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance upon application; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of the US military.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent Certification.
