Trinity Health Patient Safety Observer / Patient Care Tech (CNA) - FT in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Job Summary:

This position is a Safety Observer, Sitter and also floats to assist when needed as a Patient Care Tech. Responsible for monitoring activities as directed and under the supervision of the RN; assists with patient admission, discharge or transfer; assists in patient's increased mobility; maintains a clean and organized environment; administers hygiene care to patients.

What a PCT/CNA/Patient Care Tech Will Need:

  • H.S. Graduate or a GED required.

  • Current Florida State CNA license required.

  • Previous experience working as a PCT in an acute care, rehab or skill nursing facility is preferred.

  • Current BLS through the American Heart Association
