Trinity Health Patient Navigation Representative for Call Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Description:

  • This is a Full-Time position Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm with excellent benefits !

  • Exhibits proficiency in all aspects of scheduling and pre-certification.

  • Pre-registers and pre-certifies outpatients by obtaining necessary,accurate financial and demographic information.

  • Consistently exhibits excellence in patient/customer service.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and ability to operate various types of office equipment.

  • Consistently completes all assigned tasks.

  • Works as a positive team member to support and increase overall efficiency of the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent communication skills required.

  • Ability to multi-task required.

  • Knowledge of Call Center phone systems and registration/insurance verification is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology is required.

  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with computerized scheduling system is required.
