Chief Human Resources Officer

  • Exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership and direction in Human Resources in a growth organization.

  • Responsible for organizational development, change management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, employment regulations and compliance as well as other functional areas.

  • Business partner with operators to support all services - Rehabilitation, Wellness, Home Health and Outpatient business lines.

  • Remote – some travel required.

Aegis Therapies provides over 1,000 points of service across 38 states and provides therapy and wellness programs in many settings such as Senior Living, CCRCs, Outpatient, Home Health and Skilled Nursing facilities.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will serve as a key member of the senior management team and provide leadership to strengthen and support company mission, vision, values and culture.

Job Duties –

  • Designs and executes strategic HR initiatives to support the entire organization.

  • Positions human resources as a business partner; works closely with the President/CEO and other members of the senior management team to impact organizational results.

  • Evaluates HR processes and workforce issues at all levels and formulates solutions to improve overall effectiveness.

  • Directs the development, implementation and administration of the human resources policies and procedures across all areas of the company.

  • Ensures that HR services and products are delivered timely and are cost effective.

  • Ensures the right leaders with the right skills are available to develop and execute strategies by directing the development, implementation and administration of succession planning.

Qualifications –

Bachelors degree in human resources or business; Masters degree preferred

Minimum fifteen (15) years HR generalist experience required with an in-depth knowledge of all facets of human resources, including executive compensation, benefits planning and administration, employees relations, government regulations and other HR legal compliance areas.

Ability to travel as required to meet business need
