Join a team of highly skilled, motivated professionals as an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk through this opportunity offered by Robert Half. In this position, you will be required to manage all general administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department. The primary focus of this role is matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L and processing checks are primary areas of focus. • Carry out additional projects as required

• Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them

• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

• Provide customer service to internal business partners

• Assist with internal and external audits as needed

• Implement full-cycle A/P

• Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis

• Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

• Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

Accounts Payable (AP)

MS Excel experience REQUIRED

Ability to work onsite
