JUVENILE COURT JASPER SCHOOL PROGRAM FACILITATOR FULL-TIME, UNCLASSIFIED **JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER

Job Summary:

This entry-level professional position performs duties related to assisting court-ordered program participants in completing their educational requirements and life skills training.

Benefits:

• Starting pay is $43,680 per year
• Pay raised to $44,720 per year after successfully completing probation; and $45,760 per year after completing your first year of employment.

Essential Functions:

Functions include transporting and supervising program participants; assisting with homework; communicating with school personnel; teaching life skills; group facilitation; intake processes, and general clerical functions.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• No degree requirement.
• A desire to work with at-risk youth on educational and life skills issues.
• Some relevant education and or experience working with youth is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
