JUVENILE COURT COMMUNITY SERVICE COORDINATOR / MANAGER FULL-TIME, UNCLASSIFIED **JUVENILE  JUSTICE CENTER

* Job Summary:*

This individual performs duties related to managing the daily operation of the community service program and assists court-ordered program participants in completing their community service requirements.

Benefits:

• Starting pay is $45,760 per year
• Pay raised to $47,840 per year after successfully completing probation; and over $50,000 per year after completing three years of employment.

Essential Functions:

Functions include seeking and maintaining work sites; managing and directing youth workers; transporting and supervising program participants to work sites; gardening; intake processes; light maintenance; and program clerical functions.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• No degree requirement.
• A desire to manage a community program for at-risk youth.
• Some relevant education and or experience working with youth is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
