We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with internal and external sales representatives.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering quote packages.
  • Coordinate sales-related activities such as order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support outside sales representatives in their daily activities.
  • Receiving contracts and agreements from customers.

Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and internal personnel.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry/sales is desirable. - Basic computer skills
