Description:

5 years of experience in a security related role

• CISM, GIAC or CISSP certification

• Ensuring cybersecurity program alignment with organizational goals.

• End-to-end Security Operations.

• Developing, documenting, and enforcing information security policies and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with security policies.

• Ensuring engagement between business areas and IT Information Security.

• Advising senior business and technology stakeholders on security strategies, policies, procedures, infrastructure, and road maps.

• Working with the business to determine the information security risk appetite of the organization.

• Assessing, developing, managing, and implementing Information Security risk management and mitigation strategies and techniques.

• Leading decisions related to procurement of new Information Security software/tools.

• Ensuring consideration of Information Security in all elements of business.

• Designing, incorporating, and implementation security strategies in all areas of the business.

• Ensuring organizational assets are documented, tracked, managed, and updated in asset inventory systems and other relevant lists.

• Ensuring that vulnerabilities are documented, tracked, and reported to senior management.

• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

• Monitoring Incident Response Activities.

• Creating cybersecurity budgets and evaluating vendors and tools.

• Cybersecurity Awareness and Training.

Compensation:

$70-$75 hourly (Fulltime salary around $150K)
