To succeed you must be motivated, ready to learn, mechanically inclined, like fixing things, enjoy driving, and ready for a challenge. Must have at least 2 (two) years of electrical, electronics, HVAC/R, maintenance, or plumbing experience. Starting pay is \$25.00 per hour, with the potential to earn a pay rate increase once you?re proficient in each specialization. You\'ll be rewarded for your hard work. During training, we?ll teach you how to: Diagnose and repair high-end home appliances. Look up and order parts using company-provided laptop/iPhone. Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff. Upon completion of our training program, you?ll receive: EPA Certification. Certification in Appliance Repair (completion of a company-provided online course is required). Continuous training, mentorship, and support from our highly skilled Technicians. Requirements: 2+ years of electrical, electronics, HVAC/R, maintenance, or plumbing experience. Customer service skills: must be comfortable communicating directly with customers in their homes. Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc. Comfortable driving 3 hours every day. Comfortable working independently with solid time management skills. Experience working in residential environments strongly preferred. The desire to learn something new, ask questions, and communicate. Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting and maneuvering of appliances and working with tools.
