Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, in accordance with the Indiana Licensing Board. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers, and provides emergency services as required.

Must have a Master's degree in mental health counseling.

LMHC required. Employee must be able to bill independently for services rendered. Licensure and certifications must be kept current.

CPR required within 30 days of employment.

2 years experience in the mental health field.
