Description: Within our Production team located in Fort Morgan Leprino is seeking a Storeroom Supervisor to drive our organization to even greater heights in whey processing and production efficiency! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $77,000 - $92,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

• Provides guidance and direction to a team of hourly employees in the storeroom.
• Responsible for the accuracy of storeroom inventory, receipts, and issue as well cycle count process.
• Must ensure parts and supply levels are adequate at all times.
• Expected to make recommendations regarding slow-moving and excess stock decisions pertaining to inventory levels based on usage data.
• Responsible for the layout aned design of the storeroom taking into consideration factors such as stock turnover, size, and weight.
• Expected to build an effective employee team by engaging, mentoring, and developing direct reports.

You Have (Minimum Qualification): * 6+ years of store room experience in a manufacturing environment. * 2+ years of progressive leadership experience. * Additional education may substitute for experiance, as applicable. * 2+ years of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Experience.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualification): * In depth knowledge of inventory controls, ordering, and vendor relations. * 3+ years of experience with industrial maintenance parts identification.
