Radial Solutions, Inc. Technical Inspector/Aircraft Mechanic III in Fort Moore, Georgia

Serve as a Technical Inspector/Aircraft Mechanic III for the US Army Ranger School Command UH 60 helicopter maintenance programs.

This is a second shift position.

Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.

Inspect, test, or measure materials.

Measure products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers.

Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.

Accept or reject finished items.

Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.

Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

Required Experience/Education:

Technical Inspector/Aircraft Mechanic III have five (5) years quality control experience on the MDS H60 Series

Must possess a valid AandP Certificate.

Preferred Experience:KNOWLEDGE OF AWBS, ACN, MCDS, JTDI, PDREP, AMTRACKS and ESS WEBSITES AND IADS (TECHNICAL MANUALS)

Essential Job Functions:SUBMITT PQDR'S (PRODUCT QUALITY DEFICIENCY REPORT), WORK WITH ENGINEERS FOR SUBMITTING MEC'S (MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING CALLS), COMPLY WITH SAFTEY MESSAGES IN AMTRACKS, ENSURE AIRCRAFT ARE RELEASED SAFE FOR FLIGHT. ENSURE AIRCRAFT HISTORICAL RECORDS ARE ACCURATE. WORK WITH PRODUCTION CONTROL TO MAINTAIN SAFE AIRCRAFT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Work Environment

Office, Aircraft areas/hangars, workshops, and other industrial/outside settings.POSITION MAY REQUIRE 2^nd^SHIFT WORK AND TRAVEL TO DAHLONEGA, GA

Physical Requirements

Is required to climb, stand, stoop, bend, stretch, crouch and work in uncomfortable positions.

Frequently lifts parts and equipment up to 50 pounds.
