Description

Seeking a motivated full-time leader to develop, support, coach, motivate and hold accountable new Account Executives during the first 90 days after hire. The Sales Manager provides the Account Executive guidance and support after hire during the initial onboarding process and during the Account Executive’s completion of the New Account Executive training program provided by the Tradesmen International Corporate Training Team. Sales Manager, New Account Executive candidates will be expected to develop new Account Executives before transitioning them to their respective existing market and General Manager. They will be responsible for assisting and monitoring new Account Executives to ensure they follow proper safety protocols and meet weekly and monthly growth targets while helping them to establish relationships with prospective and key clientele.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide mentoring, coaching and support to new Tradesmen Account Executives throughout the initial 90-day onboarding and core training provided by the Tradesmen Corporate Training Team.

  • Provide consistent process support on Tradesmen International’s sales and recruiting process, business and client practices, competitive environment, and other topics as needed.

  • Monitor and report performance of Account Executives to assigned performance metrics.

  • Monitor, evaluate and report performance to assigned sales metrics and milestones.

  • Determine, in conjunction with respective Area Manager / General Manager / Sales Manager, successful completion of assigned metrics and milestones and readiness to function independently in the field sales organization and/or appropriate next steps.

  • Reports to the Regional Sales Lead, Commercial (“RSL”)

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess exceptional leadership skills and know how to develop and support new sales team members. Other requirements include:

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented

  • Successful sales management track record

  • Industry knowledge is a plus

Travel :

Self-directed travel to work with Account Executives, of up to 25%.
