Job Summary
Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking candidates for a Program Manager to support the US Army's Directorate of Human Resources for Administrative, Postal Services and Personnel Processing Services at Fort Johnson, LA. Work will involve overseeing staff and services in support the Military Personnel and Administrative Services to Fort Johnson.
Minimum Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in managing Government projects with at lest 3 years as a Project Manager managing projects similar in size, scope, and complexity
Bachelor's degree required
Must have Secret Security Clearance
Experience supporting US Army Military Personnel Processing programs desired
Experience managing multiple personnel
Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of military systems and protocols
Must be a U.S. citizen
Responsibilities/Tasks
Responsible for performance of the work
Manage workload and ensure support for all tasks
Manage Quality Control and monthly reporting.
Monitor program and provide recommendations for process improvements
Manage staff and assist with interviews for new positions as needed
