Our Opportunity Summary

We’re looking for an Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Design team. HBM is one of the most cutting-edge and innovative technologies in the industry. We are using Micron's industry-leading 1β DRAM process node, which allows us to achieve outstanding performance, capacity, and power efficiency for applications that demand maximum throughput between memory and processing, such as AI and HPC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, simulate, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits, such as voltage regulators, PLLs, DLLs, IOs, sense amplifiers, etc.

  • Perform system-level analysis and optimization of HBM performance, power, and reliability

  • Collaborate with digital, layout, test, and product engineers to ensure high-quality design and smooth product development

  • Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug activities

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of analog/mixed-signal design and HBM

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design, preferably in the memory industry

  • Proficient in using Cadence design tools, such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, etc.

  • Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design principles, techniques, and standard methodologies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$75,000.00 - $161,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
